"Flew in very late. Arriving past midnight. Front desk clerk was absolutely phenomenal. Came to Seattle for a cruise, picked this hotel due to how close it is to the port. The hotel provided info on a shuttle to the port as well as from the airport to the hotel. Was on the 27th floor and the view was awesome. Would book this hotel without any hesitation. "

The Mayflower hotel is well suited for adventures, the staff stored my luggage prior to check in and the front desk staff was very helpful. "I am not sure why this property has such a high rating. The room was hot, tiny for two double beds (no desk or table in it), extremely stuffy and the a/c was poor. It seemed quite grubby and is in need of a good cleaning and paint. I tried to phone down to get an ironing board and never got a response. Although the main lobby is kept in okay condition, everything else needs sprucing up. The front desk staff were very nice but I would not recommend it. "
