"This was a beautiful apartment complex , quiet and clean. The only disappointing part was that I stayed here on the weekend. I specifically stayed here for the pool and I was told at check in the pool was closed for the weekend. This was not posted or made aware of before or after booking. I had to purchase a day pass at another location. Could not connect to the wI-fi and my TV did not work properly so I couldn’t even watch tv either. If you book here I would call before your stay to make sure there will be full access for everything stated in purchasing price. I did not get any type of refund"

"We had a poor customer experience upon check in . We came in late night flight and when arrived no one was at the front desk with a sign the staff would “be right back”. Any number called rang unanswered at the front desk. I fell asleep on a bench in the lobby and awoken by my children..40 minutes had gone by. It was 2:00 am and we were sleeping in the lobby. Ridiculous and unsafe. Called multiple numbers all rang to front desk. Finally found one answered and then “suddenly front desk arrived from a back room”. Poor experience."
