「Our trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday was great. All of the staff were excellent and polite. Kimberly Simmons was nice enough to purchase my daughter some flowers and a card signed by all the staff! It was so beautiful! We come every year for her birthday and the hotel is always clean and has great amenities. I am so thankful for the staff and their great customer service and would recommend anyone who hasn’t to give this hotel a try! 」

「This is one of the most customer-friendly hotel experiences that I have had. The staff at the front desk were beyond welcoming and did an excellent job informing me of the various amenities within the hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Finally, the room was spacious and comfortable. I will not stay at any other hotel, when I visit Columbia, SC., unless this hotel is fully booked.
