「Unfortunately after I arrived I had to change my plans and checkout as there was a pending snow storm on the way and the roads were in much better condition to leave for home. I checked in shortly after 4 pm and checked out at 11 pm. I always stay at this hotel as the staff is friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant (Redwood Grill) is always delicious. 「房間偏細，只會隔日清潔執房，房間沒有水供應，要到公眾地方樓層取水或冰，位置較高，每次回程，需要不斷行斜路上山返回酒店。優點是房價較划算，大堂佈置精美，有兩杯飲品贈送。」

「Customer service! There was the smallest of issues with my original room, within two min of me messaging I had messages back and a phone call to fix everything. I have never had that level of care in a hotel stay! Rooms are lovely and comfortable. They are not like an ordinary hotel room in the very best way, they all have character. Will stay here again.」
