「Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. 「Excellent, friendly service. Cannot rate the service the Hotel staff provided, more highly. The hotel situated right in the centre of Hanoi. Molly and Tiffany in reception helped with organising tours at a very reasonable price and laundry to be done at short notice. Also helping to interpret for us when a difficult situation arose for an outside purchase.
