「My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. 「It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.」

「Great quality standard of hospitality 」

「Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel 」

「Very friendly, comfortable old country inn on the edge of a large village green. We enjoyed a good pub food dinner and hearty breakfast. A friendly welcome when we arrived and our room was very clean and comfortable with a TV, tea & coffee making, and nice toiletries in the bathroom. 」
