「Based on the booking website this is a hotel. However, the staff said they are different than a hotel. Therefore, don't expect the same standards or service level from a normal hotel. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am. Will not stay again.」

「Cute apartment, clean and with air conditioning, and good location. Our only issue was with check-in. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. 「Location was good. Not difficult to find. Would be good to have a sign or picture of the front door to make it easier. Instructions were clear. Place was very clean. Room was also very clean. You will need to use stairs to go up/down (both to the rooms or common areas) - consider that if you need accessibility. Kitchen and living area are in the basement. Well kept, includes oven, microwave, kettle, stove, fridge, dishwasher. There is one baby high chair if you need that. Only unclear...

「Extremely convenient location. Newly renovated with modern furnishings. The kitchen was useful. The management was flexible and helpful. The main disappointment was that the listing didn't include all taxes, but rather before check-in, we had to pay an extra 10 Euros for a tax that was not included in the price. Another slight inconvenience is that after registering with Expedia, one had to complete a new registration with Camelotels.」

「I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. 」
