「When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be...

「The pub was full of life, staff friendly and helpful, room had some nice features. Breakfast good. Friends joined us in the bar and were the last to leave…long suffering staff very pleasant about it! 」

「Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. 「Great treehouse with buggy. Up early to go around the park with the buggy. Loved the clubhouse bar, toasting marshmallows over the fire. We would return, loved the animals, grounds & restaurants too! 」

「Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. 」

「Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.」
