「1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .」

「Thanks for the stay traveled with a baby for 2 days check out is 10 am how ever there was no fuss checking out at 10:30 fault of my own cleaning up the pots and pans I used」

「Not sure why, the phone in my room kept blinking. Called the front desk, but not getting the issue resolved. I use a booklet to cover the blinking light. Other than that, the room is in perfect condtion.」

「房間全新裝修，很乾淨新淨. 廁所很光猛，但空間比較少. 地點優越」

「No bottle water provided 」

「Lovely room, lots of useful amenities including Nespresso machine as well as kettle, bathrobes, etc. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely continental breakfast. Just a few comments, only a low stool, no chair in room, no wardrobe, just 3 hooks and 4 clothes hangers, bathroom had nowhere to put washbasin, and towels on rail high on wall above loo, so difficult to get to. We understand the hotel has only just been refurbished so staff said they would pass these comments...
