「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「Staff all very friendly and helpful, all inclusive upgrade was well worth it. Entertainment was a nice bonus, would of been great if there was some childrens entertainment but i understand this is only available in school holidays. Food was good, breakfast could be a little hoter though. We were served for evening meal by Lillie, she was fantastic. Easy parking, nice surroundings.
