「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. The facilities were also very nice, the spa and restaurant were exceptional. 「The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only problem with the room was the carpet needed updating. The leisure facilities were good and we loved the hot tub. The food in the bar in the evening was delicious at a reasonable price and the breakfast was great with plenty of choices. 」
