"They are in the process of renovating and initially I was placed in a king bed pool side room which had not been renovated. It was terrible and reminded me of a tiny cheap nasty motel room which had numerous issues. As a result they upgraded me free of charge to a renovated room which was like night and day in comparison and the reason I’m giving the hotel 5 stars. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The area itself isn’t the best but there are two very close restaurants (Tantes and Bistro Casanova) that provided great food and were reasonably priced."

"Loved the location. 3 night stay. Travel to Haleakalea and Hana were easy to do. Lots of food and ahoppi g optins near by. Front desk ladies were very friendly. We had a room facing pool and beach. Overall great stay Nice size bed and kitchen well.equipped. "

"A very nice stay. Staff was very nice. Get this - it takes 1 min walk to the beach. 1 min! Wow. Owner had chairs and stay was very comfortable. Parking very easy. The Vibe in Kehei is very different than the West side. A very nice spot. "
