"This place is such a Vibe!!! Great and friendly staff. The shuttle from the bus stations is a fantastic perk. We had a traditional Japanese room and my kids loved it ! The restaurant is fantastic! We ate there 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there. We regret regretted not eating there the third. Fantastic buffet breakfast before hitting the slopes. We even made custom screen print sweaters with artist Akari with Spin designs. I can’t say enough about this little Gem ! We will be back. "

We loved the convenience of having delicious meals right in the hotel, from hearty breakfasts to satisfying lunches and dinners. Ski rentals were easy to grab on-site, along with all the gear and extras you could need for a perfect ski adventure. Highly recommend for a hassle-free winter getaway!"

"Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. "Great stay. The hotel is a small local Japanese hotel - not luxurious but very clean and cozy. The lady at the front desk was super, super nice and kind. The breakfast selection was quite good too. It's about 200-300 meters from Iwatake ski resort with a few restaurants around it. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!!"

"This hotel was absolutely incredible. It’s located just five minutes from Happo-One, which made getting to the slopes unbelievably convenient. The ski shuttle service the hotel provides is also fantastic. Whenever you want to ski, you simply go down to the ski concierge, let them know you’re heading out, and they’ll have all of your gear ready—clean, dry, and warm. "This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance. "

"The hotel is not the most convenient to Hakuba town, but it is quite and there is a shuttle to two ski resorts (limited to three times a day, each way). The breakfast is a great way to start the day and the onsen is a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. The rooms are vintage charm, but the staff are so very friendly."

"This was a great stay in every aspect and would do it again. The service was excellent. At the same time, I'd probably rent my ski's from the big ski place in town rather than here next time to get a more experienced fitter."
