観光地への起点には安くて綺麗で安全

全てがおしゃれで若い世代の方にはとても便利、駅ちかでセキュリティも良く、立地的にはコンビニも近くにあり駅前にはスーパーもありました。地域的には全体的に閉店時間が早い、部屋からの景観は期待しない方が良い

お皿があると嬉しい

チェックインが対人で、宿帳を書かなければならなくて、そこは煩わしく思いましたが、部屋も綺麗で広く、セキュリティもしっかりしていて安心して宿泊できました。 カップとグラスはあるのですが、IHコンロがあるので、簡単な料理も出来そうですが、お皿や調理器具、カトラリーが備えられていると尚良かったです。

看板が小さくて場所が分かりにくかったが、部屋の感覚は旅館とかホテルというよりアパートみたいな感じでシャワーの使い方以外は快適でした(^-^) またリピートしたいと思います(^-^)

湯河原駅から徒歩5分ほどのアクセスの良さ、スタイリッシュな外観と内観、お部屋の広さや設備、施設全体の清潔感など、とても満足しました。 チェックアウトはルームキーをポストへ返却するだけという気楽さ、またご時世的にもスタッフの方と対面することがないので安心感があります。 かといってホスピタリティを感じられないというわけではなく、チェックイン時にスタッフの方（オーナーさん？）が案内してくれ親切で簡潔な説明と「お待ちしておりました」「電車混んでましたか？」等のお気遣いの言葉頂戴し、一人で滞在していたのもあり安心感とあたたかみを感じました。 お部屋の床が少し薄い？のか不安定な部分があり（若干のへこむ感覚）やや不安になりました。 ただそれ以外には何も欠点なく素晴らしかったです。 湯河原へ行く際はまた滞在したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

A Great Stay

We arrived earlier than expected, but the room was ready for us and they were happy to check us in. the place is very clean and comfortable. I asked about the rooftop "patio" and he set up a table and chairs for us up there. We could sit and relax in the sun and enjoy the view of the mountains.

設備も雰囲気もお洒落で落ち着いていて最高です。電話での問い合わせ時もチェックイン時もオーナーはとても親切丁寧でしたし文句のつけようもありません。saluteさんからテイクアウトした食事もとっても美味しくて今度は必ず直接お店に食べに行きたいと思っています。チェックアウト時はポストに鍵を返却するだけ、とても便利ですが逆にお礼を言えなかったのが残念なくらいです。素敵な休日をありがとうございました。

早く着いて荷物を預かっていただいたうえに部屋まで届けておいてくれてました。 フロントで近くの美味しいお店を丁寧に教えていただきました。 お部屋もスタイリッシュで寝具も快適でした。 アパートメント形式でセキュリティもしっかりしていましたが、初めてだったので戸惑うこともあり、人との交流がないのが少し寂しかったです。

友人と三人で泊まりました。ホテル側から部屋内に追加のシングルベットが用意され、寝心地よかったものでした。部屋内は非常にきれいですしとても快適な部屋でした。ホテルのすぐ近くにコンビニがあるため非常に便利です。

駅近なのにとにかく静か

お部屋はコンクリートの壁でスタイリッシュ！ベッドも大きくて寝心地も良かった 私はテレビは見ない派なのでいいんですが、テレビがお部屋に無いです！変わったところはそれだけですかね？！あとは湯沸しポットも有るし〜〜電子レンジは無かったですね！冷蔵庫はありました！お風呂とトイレは別れてましたよ！ベランダにも出れそうでした！ 清潔感は凄い！えきからよんふんなのに全く騒音なし！隣の隣が大西ラーメン！そこも決めてでした(^^)

シンプルかつスマートでお洒落なお宿

お部屋自体とても綺麗でベッドの寝心地も良く、部屋自体はとても気に入りました。 スタッフの方の対応も親切で丁寧でした。 入口がわからないのですが、表に面した一階のカフェの方が管理されているので、そちらに言えばフロントに案内して貰えます。 (私は裏口でウロウロあいてたらたまたま通りかかった管理の方に声を掛けて貰えました) トイレにサニタリーナプキン用のゴミ箱が無いのが、少し不便というか少し困りました。 部屋にテレビと時計があったら嬉しいです。
