"Such a nice place! Very relaxing onsen. My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window. There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course) There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. "Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "

"We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!"
