"Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant buffet view was very nice since it was on the top floor. The entire hotel staff were very attentive and accommodating. They also remembered your name. Hotel was close to everything. What stood out the most was the top of the class customer service we received while we’re there for 4 nights."

"Staff are very helpful and friendly. Had no complaints about the room. Situation of hotel is in the old quarters and is handy for sightseeing. Plenty of choices for breakfast which is included in price. Also good selection of food if required for lunch or dinner. We loved going up to the open terrace at night where there is a lovely view over Hanoi. If I was coming back to Hanoi for a few days I would definitely stay there."
