「房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。」

「Good location with only 10 minute travelling to city center by bus. Staff are nice and helpful. The surrounding environment is good. Mac Donalds and 2 supermarkets located at the road junction. There is bar and lounge in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is provided and it's delicious! Will stay again next time : )」

「We stayed two days, breakfast was served freshly cooked and staff very helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and bottled water also. The restaurant menu was varied and meals served were well presented. Car parking was also available. A very enjoyable visit to Llaundudno. 」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」
