"The room and hotel is exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. The breakfast was a bit manic but the full English was a bit manic, plus I don't understand why they only serve fresh pancakes until 9am, rather than the whole service. The most annoying part of our stay was the electrics in our room. We set the AC at 18 degrees before going to bed and woke up two times in the night due to the room being absolutely boiling, as the AC had somehow reset itself to 21 degrees. The lights are like a challenge on the crystal maze - certain lights only turn on if switches across the room are turned on. So bizarre. "
