I made a mistake on booking the second night and made it for one guest instead of two and we thought the hotel staff picked up the trash outside the door when we were supposed to bring it to the dumpster and my friend had her mom over while I wasn't there and after explaining the situation that I made a mistake during booking the second...

「This was our second time here. We love the close proximity to the beach, the quiet family atmosphere, spacious rooms, on-site restaurants and included chair/umbrella setups!」

「There is NO breakfast. They have the convenience store with microwaveable food. Theres no restaurant to buy breakfast to order as advertised. 」

「Hidden gem in Sanibel. Recently renovated, very clean, the restaurant was a plus.」

「Kayak rental - chair was not attached, Life vest straps were not working. Had to get help when son was knocked off kayak. Coast guard was called. Tie dye - shirt was not 100 % cotton so die all rinsed off.」

「Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was very clean, tidy, and recently remodeled. Our room was very nice, clean, and had a full kitchen. All rooms have an ocean view. The pool was quite large and very clean. Breakfast and parking are complimentary. The staff are very nice and friendly. I rate this hotel a 100/10.」
