「First our room had a very strong sent of bleach after the second day the smell was gone. In certain areas of the hotel towards the far ends of the hallway, you can smell the musty mildew. They use diffusers with a great sent I can only imagine to cover the musty mildew smell. The staff is awesome; the amenities are great. I will have to look into other hotels in the same area to see if they are compatible to this hotel for our next visit.」

「Facilities were good but needs a good cleaning and painting. Our room was clean and nice. Only issue was screaming kids and babies with yelling adults at the kids. I don’t think young kids should be allowed at a casino. This is not a family place in my opinion.」

「Great place for families with kids, to include grandparents. View from room was spectacular! Also loved that the balcony is a screened-in porch; it made sitting out there in the evenings very pleasant.」

「We had a great stay at the Hotel. Staff is very friendly altough you can notice the staff shortage, specially on the service area (Restaurant and Bar). Other than that our stay was very pleasant.」

「Casa Marina is beautiful. The beach is stunning, the views are breathtaking and the room we stayed in was so nice. We had an ocean front with a balcony and it was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Room service came each day and provided fresh linens and we never had to call for anything. The breakfast was good, the food at the pool restaurant was good, and service everywhere was very good. I also loved the store at the resort, they had very cute...
