「I loved the location, very central to everything. It is a very old building, therefore there isn’t any elevators. The front desk is very misleading with their information and is not consistent. They do not tell each guest the same thing. When confronted, the lady (black hair, Asian ethnicity) made the most disgusting face as if I was lying and stated that’s just something to take up with the manager. So, I will. 「The best thing about the Hote Mazarin is the hospitality presented by its staff. The are wonderfully welcoming and helpful with any questions and ideas or suggestions to make one's stay enjoyable. Despite being located mere steps away from Bourbon Street and its usual craziness and noise, the Hotel was a respite....quiet, cool and calm. And I appreciated staying in a residence with a historical past rather than a corporate tower. That's the charm of being in N'awlins. My only detraction is...
