「The Lobby is the nicest place in the hotel. They called me a day prior to check in to let me know that the room we booked is not available due to construction. I’m sure they knew this but waited last minute which makes it hard for us to find another accommodation. They offered to move us to a suite, which I thought would be an upgrade, but the suite was old and outdated which is usually fine, but this one’s old and dirty.
