"The property is decent. Pool area very nice. Enjoyed watching the peacocks all around the property. Rooms are very basic and quite “tired”. Also our window barely gave any light and was facing into the courtyard so we a felt little claustrophobic. We had hot water issue on 2 occasions but staff was amazing and it got fixed really fast. All in all great location if you want to be close to airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping all walking distance. I recommend for short stay. "

"We had a Lakeview room that hadn’t yet been renovated, so while it was clean, it was fairly basic. There was no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan, which was manageable but something to be aware of depending on your comfort level. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible wildlife—we were visited by coatis and howler monkeys, and we also spotted toucans and butterflies around the property. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and really add to the peaceful, natural atmosphere. The pool was also very refreshing and a great place to relax. After a few days, the restaurant options did start to feel a bit repetitive, but it was fine for a shorter stay. We also visited the hot springs, which were beautiful, though be prepared—there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for couples and families looking for a nature-filled getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and I felt safe at all times."

"Lovely pools and botanical gardens. We even saw a sloth in the trees. Only downfall was the location, the road to the hotel was not ideal. 30+ km on very poor gravel road. We did a waterfall hike which was fantastic! "

" A long and bumpy ride up to the lodge. As soon as you check in they force you to pay for breakfast as you are disoriented and tired from the ride. You are told you are not allowed to decide in the morning if you are even hungry. Paid for two for breakfast. In the morning only one could eat breakfast because the other was sick. Asked for a refund for the one, two weeks later never received it compensation. Also Couldn’t even open my balcony door because the outside smell of sewage. Paper thin walls where you could hear everything next door…Too bad as place has potential. "
