"This place was really nice. There’s a great view that is only open to gas of the property. It is conveniently located near the volcanic park as well as tours for Tubing and swimming in the river. The host Elias was very accommodating and he was understanding of our trip, timing and tour timings and make sure we could shower after we return from the hike. "This was our first night in Costa Rica. We picked to stay here to split the drive to la fortuna and to be able to stop at Rio Celeste. It’s close to Rio Celeste. The town itself seems abanded. The owner of this property is very sweet. The area is loud, close to the road and constantly hearing traffic. The cabin type room has a large portable fan which was great. Shower works well. Good stay for 1 night. "

"The hotel owners are exceptional human beings, Yves and Siri are caring and down to earth. The chef Yves cooked some extraordinary meals for us using all organic and natural herbs. "We loved the fact that we had access to the whole waterfalls hikes and hot springs. We loved the breakfast. Dinner was ok didn’t like the fact that you had to reserve. We ate at the bar a couple of times, but choices were limited. We didn’t want to venture to town at night. I loved the birds and nature all around us. We would have preferred more privacy between our cabins. We couldn’t really sit out in the front or the back without seeing our neighbors come and go. But those were minor details, we really enjoyed this beautiful heaven on earth."
