「Over a 7 night stay, our room lost power to a portion of the 1 bedroom suite and to both AC units 6 times! One morning we awoke to water leaking from the ceiling. It took 2 maintenance crews a 9 hours to completely resolve. When this happened, I suggested that perhaps we should be moved to another room. I was told management would be contacted but management never contacted us. The power issue wasn’t a resort wide problem just our room. They always fixed the problems but when you pay this...

「The resort is phenomenal! A beautiful view from every villa whether on the beach o in the mountains. The staff was so nice from the front when you checked in to the bar and every restaurant. Great food and dinners at all the restaurants onsite. We have a daughter with Celiac and every meal was delicious for her. We loved it for our family of four and would definitely go back!」
