「Nice hotel. Easy check in. Room was fine. All good. Couldnt get seated in the restaurant due to other large group bookings, so was suggested ro pull tables together to meet need. Food was good. Just lacked a bit of character really. Functional...」

「Bed was soft and mattress tilting me floorward. Shower tray was blocked, cutting short my shower. The bathroom sink was the size of a dentist's spit basin making it impossible to shave. Lights in the communal corridor didn't switch on with any of the switches so be sure to have a torch with you to safely stay this hotel. No bedside table or power socket anywhere near the bedside. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「Parking was fine as the car park was almost empty, restaurant was closed and not likely to open any time soon. Bar was open but it only served bottled beer and it was £5 a bottle. Room and en suite was ok but a bit unloved. I had to go out to eat which was a pain as I really didn’t know the area and I definitely wouldn’t go back. 」

「We had a king sized room on the second floor. Comfortable bed. Amazing views of the lake plus it was lovely to have a balcony with outside seating. It was easy to control the heating. Good self service breakfast.」

「The room was clean, with everything needed for a short stay. The range of hot chocolates, tea, coffes and biscuits was a lovely touch. The free breakfast offered in the morning was great quality, with a wide range of choices. The hotel is situated above an amazing pub, which has a amazing beer garden. I would highly recommend for the price. 」
