"The room was very clean. The property was beautiful, the breakfast and the woman working. The breakfast was fantastic.When we checked in the person working, the front desk didn't seem very happy about anything.No smile, they were putting chips up on the shelf and were filling like a cooler or something.And we stood there for I don't know, maybe forty five seconds, and then I kind of said, i'm sorry, do you work here?And I got a well be right with you.But never a smile or thank you for waiting or just not anything.I've ever experienced checking into a hotel before"

"Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. It was also very noisy in room with others walking by in the morning; you could hear everything in the hallway. That said, comfortable bed and the amenities at the athletic club were nice to have access to after skiing. We would stay here again. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, I didn’t go to breakfast as I am gluten free and bring all my own food on trips, my family said it was fine, they were able to find something to eat. "

"Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist. "
