「The hotel and the staff were great. The fact that all 3 blocks of Monroe are completely torn up was hugely disappointing, since this is why I booked the property. I would have not stayed at this very expensive hotel knowing that there was no easy way to get out without being detoured all over the place and walking out had you in alleys and on streets with no people.」
