「Love this place! Beautiful clean friendly!」

「Travelers should beware that Otsego Resort's front desk closes early, like 5 pm, even in the summer. I and my family were arriving late, so I called ahead, before 5 pm, to let them know of my late arrival. I had to leave a message, and no one called me back. When we arrived a little before 10 pm the doors were locked and the lights off. We had to find accomodations elsewhere. When I called the next day, the attendant at the front desk apologized profusely and promised to give me a refund. ...

「The hotel needs updates. The rug in the room was very dirty, there was a big stain on the floor. The shower head was terrible.」

「Rooms were terribly dirty. Called to hopefully change rooms. Was told they were short staffed and I wasn’t the first caller to say this. They send the cleaners to come clean it but we declined. It would take them an hour to clean up that room.」

「Hideaway Bay is a great little spot. We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage itself was very clean and nice. The beach is quite rocky so you need shoes to walk around and for the water (especially for little kids). It was great to have access to loungers and umbrellas. The beach bar was delivered food and drinks right to you on the beach, I would suggest putting side tables with the beach furniture so people have a place to put their drink down. The fire at night was lovely, everyone gathered...
