「There were quite a few hiccups- including the room we booked not being available and us having to switch rooms. Breakfast was pretty sparse. But honestly, the friendliness of the staff made up for it. They were really nice and super helpful, despite being short staffed and under stocked.」

The hotel we were suppose to stay at called the morning of our trip to cancel our reservation because their elevator went out and their ADA accessible rooms were on the second floor. Only down fall with Quality Inn is their suites are on the second floor and elevator is small. One person and my dad In his wheelchair barely fit. 」

She admitted she was still training - the other gentleman (Javier) was not helpful as she asked for support - he seemed overly focused on the guest he was with. Georgia remained processipnal and did find someone else to help her. She did not let the situation fluster her and still provided great.service.」
