The only problem we had with the property is it was below 0 out and the heat wasnt turned on in our room so it was 50 degrees in the room and after 3 hours with heat on 84 it was only up to 60, by the time we went to bed it was up to 65 and by the time we got up it was finally 72 in our room

From my arrival, I was met with kindness and efficiency. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated. When I got to my room on floor 7, everything was tidy and well appointed.
