「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「the room was clean ,the staff was very good, the room was stuffy (very humid)and right in front of the a/c units, water for shower wasnt hot and last day we didnt have any hot water..none! ocean front view was perfect,but the room was very overpriced!! oh yeah..the host at the front by the door tricked us into a timeshare presentation that she said was 90 min ended up being over 2 hours even with the freebees it was a gross misrepresentation and a complete waste of valuable time!!」

「We traveled with a dog and we informed only when we got there that we had to be on the fourth floor because we had a dog and not of the first floor which is the room we booked because we had 5 people. Also was informed the day we got there that the beach access for closed because of work. Particularly booked this hotel because it was on the beach and was only informed that day that the beach was closed and we had to walk several blocks to get on the beach. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels.
