「Every time I stay, it just gets better and better!」

「My complaint is they start cleaning at 830 am and, when you are trying to rest that is no good,you ask for coffee or other things oh we don't have any more, no microwave you can use and charge you 25 dollars for service fee per day but is not there when you do your reservation.」

「They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.」

「Besides the location, the hotel offered free breakfast, water, beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Every staff member was attentive and pleasant. Great place to stay.」

「The bed was the very worst ive ever slept in! Smokers everywhere outside. In a sketchy part of Venice front area was incredibly dirty. Not worth it for the price」

「Amazing staff and the food was excellent. The resort fee covered a lot of extras that were very useful, along with Valet parking. A little bit pricey for the hotel room, but we felt it was well worth it and had an excellent vacation.!」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Shower had hair in it when we arrived and was clearly dirty. Sheets were never changed when we stayed six days. Staff were not happy and we heard one threaten to quit. Nothing works.」

「Room was clean and comfy. Pool area was nice, but lounge chairs have seen better days. Breakfast was good, but I’d love it if they brought bacon back.」

「Comfortable convenient and definitely good place to stay on a budget. I love that it’s pet friendly so I can bring my cat with me. They have really good breakfast in the morning every day in the pool in the hot tub are great. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and anytime I needed help with anything. They were more than happy to assist.」
