"They do hotel like hotel is supposed to be. The night shift receptionist, Antonio, lives up to the promise and gets out of his way to provide friendly customer service. Crossing the street to Alhambra is priceless. My daughter has already decided we must come back to the exact same hotel. "

"Exactly what you would expect of a hotel of this type: well appointed rooms, friendly staff, access to a good standard of food and drinks. Very similar to many of the hotel chains around the world. Staff were very helpful on arrival in helping us orientate ourselves with the city. We were only staying for one night so there wasn't much opportunity to fully experience the hotel but overall the facilities seemed to be of a high standard. "

"Was really a very good hotel. Excellent breakfast selection and the Gastrobar food was very good. Bit of a walk to the Granada center (20 min) but overall a very comfortable place to stay with plenty of amenities for the kids"
