「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「Beautiful property on Gran Via. In room safe, coffeemaker, bathrobes and slippers, only one quirk, double bed, we prefer queen or king. Two windows with small balcony, great for people watching or Zurich marathon race on Sun 4/27/25. 」

「整體住宿很好，櫃檯人員服務算親切，房間乾淨！離機場很近，離市中心比較遠，樓下的的早餐還不錯，因為附近的餐廳不多，建議訂早餐！對面有一個很大的shopping mall還不錯，有大間超市可以逛，不過星期日不營業，安排旅遊住這裡找吃的餐廳較不方便！對於喜歡安靜的住宿的人，我非常推薦這間飯店！」
