"Nice hotel in a great location. We initially stayed in room 204, which was large and had a great view of the Cathedral. Really good sound proofing as well. Unfortunately there was an electrical/technical problem that caused the WIFI, TV, AC/heat, and in-room phone not to work. We brought it to their attention after the first night and they moved us to a different room. We appreciated it, but definitely not convenient for a 2-night stay. Apart from this, we thought we would take advantage of the steam room and sauna, but the steam room was not working and after seeing a lot of black mold on the ceiling of this downstairs space, we definitely did not want to use the sauna as well. Again, really pretty hotel with great staff, but there are areas for improvement."

"Lovely apartments, great central location within Granada. Very comfortable bed and nice view from the window. The only issue is, it wasn’t clear on the advert when booking that parking is €22 a night. Having said this, we would stay again. "

"Superb location in a pretty old hotel. We had room 503 with views of the Alhambra. The room itself was quite dated, shower had some black mold, and because we were on the top floor we could hear the constant hum/vibration from the 30+ heat pumps on surrounding rooftops. Maybe not an issue for most, but worth mentioning for those who have sound sensitivities. Ear plugs did a good job blocking it out for sleeping. Location really can’t be beat though!"
