Great location for exploring Granada

Great location right in the downtown shopping/dining area. Spacious apartment with kitchen, living room, large bathroom and bedroom. Staff was very helpful, right around the corner at the primary hotel.

Great stay

Check in was easy. The location and views from our apartment were great and our 2 bed/2 bath apartment accommodated 3 people well. We did the breakfast, which was also good. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. Some the furniture and decor could be improved.

Great location, responsive

Great location. A little hard to find. Would be nice if it had sign that sticks out like sister property. No one on site but very responsive to texts. Loved having coffee available. Would be nice to have washer/dryer instructions available in English along with so washer soap.

We arrived early which caused a little confusion because we were staying in an offsite property but the staff was very helpful and took care of everything for us. The apartment was beautiful and located perfectly for experiencing Granada on foot. WiFi was fast and everything worked perfectly.

Fantastic

After the minor hiccup at check in everything was wonderful. We had room 1A and it was spacious well appointed and looked out onto the city streets. 2bed 2bath well appointed space. Couldn’t be happier. Note that because it’s located in the city center it does get noisy so pack earplugs and it’s a satellite building so the lobby is a few blocks away.

The place was spacious, well furnished and clean. Three constructive feedback; - Digital key was confusing to use when checking in. The door handle is not a normal one so tricky to open for the first time. - there was an annoying electric sound from somewhere in the room. - charging additional fee for keeping the luggage was a bit out of my common sense hospitality.

Horrible "online" registration

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. BUT - the registration process is horribly designed. There are multiple steps and multiple locations and they don't tell you up front that you are going to have to go to one location first and their online system is totally too complicated and again, doesn't provide instructions for how it is going to happen. It took us over an hour to check in at the hotel location after we spend at least an hour doing their online registration. It is really unbelievable. They should hire a user interface expert to clean it up.

Everything was perfect. If you have any questions the receptionist in U-Sense Central was very kind and helpful. The apartment was just like in the pictures. If you don't want to use the app to open the door, you can get a normal physical card. We don't know if the air conditioner silmply didn't work or if we just weren't able to use it correctly. Besides that, the breakfast was good, and all I can say is that I will definitely come back :)

Clean and modern, with an excellent central location and easy access. But the experience is very impersonal—everything is automated, no human touch. The listing mentions luggage storage, but in reality this service isn’t provided, and even a simple late check-out wasn’t possible. Works fine as a base, but don’t expect extras or flexibility.

The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of four, with great balcony views. There is a convenient parking garage on the same street. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. Breafast is offered at a different hotel around the corner.
