It was very well located, near many points of interest or walking distance to multiple transportation options and restaurants, there is also a supermarket nearby. But the most amazing thing was the staff attention to details, how they were always available to address our questions of provide orientation / suggestions, great job guys, thanks. Great hotel, with an excellent specialist restaurant that served maybe the best sole we've had for a long time. The staff are terrific- proud of their hotel, knowedegeable and a pleasure to deal with. Hotel very central, easy access to all that Granada has to offer. Recommend them highly.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms, nice rooftop with a view of the Alhambra, front desk staff is very friendly and helpful - they proactively helped us map out the city, gave recommendations and helped us get some reservations. Location is very central, parking doesn’t get more convenient than this and overall a very comfortable stay in Granada.

The staff and location were great! We were close to all the good restaurants and points of interest. When we first arrived the staff showed us on a paper map where everything of our interest was in the area, we really appreciated that. The room had two showers which was a little weird but overall the room was really nice, clean and comfortable.

Great location near Bib Ramblas, a very hip and fun are. Also very close to the Moorish section of the old town. Would have rated higher except the bathroom configuration caused the glass doors to collide and there was a noxious sewage odor emanating from the drains. The staff addressed the odor quickly once we mentioned the issue.

We loved our stay at Eurostars Gran Via! The rooms were comfortable, the location is incredibly convenient, and there was even a great rooftop bar. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, helping us with our luggage, restaurant recommendations, and even booking a flamenco show for us. I highly recommend this hotel (and the flamenco show!)
