「I like the check in process, it was done virtually, however I think they have to mentioned that the code works at the time of check in. Although I like the smooth check in process, I do think some people with less familiarity with modern technology struggle with it because I helped a person for their check in, as the reception is not available 24/7. I would also like to mention that the hotel is close to nearby public bus, very convenient, room is clean but bedsheet can be improved. The customer...

「The hotel is clean and easy to check in. The location is good and you can walk to every spots. The staff is warm and helpful. The reception had free coffee, tea, biscuits and a fridge for you to store some small items. Highly recommended.」
