I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day. I can’t thank her enough for saving my trip. The hotel is well staffed and they are excellent at what they do.」

「地點方便，alsa車站旁邊而已，隔壁有超市也有tabacco可以買格納拉達交通卡，車站前就有公車站坐到格拉納達主教堂前面。 飯店一樓有免費飲料可用，也可自行裝水。 浴室水壓強，洗髮精沐浴乳好用，吹風機也好用。 缺點： 床單毛巾好像有點不整潔，兩個人都皮膚過敏，險續兩天房間內有蒼蠅。」

「We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and tastefully designed- loved the space and the interiors. Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!」
