The room was well equipped, and very clean. The staff was professional and friendly. It was a great location, 15 minutes to the center. Enjoyed the cafe downstairs. Only downside, there was no iron available on site and no air conditioning in February - it would be helpful if the option was still available.

The service at this hotel is outstanding! From check in to the breakfast buffet, housekeeping, etc. everyone was friendly and attentive. There is onsite underground parking (smaller cars better), a restaurant that serves all day and has a great tapas menu, and the breakfast buffet has lots of choice. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The hotel itself is easy to find as a driver and is about a 15 min walk from the centre. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. the staff were great and the location was good. However, we did find the room too warm and you couldn't get it any cooler as the air conditioning is turned off during the winter. That sounds reasonable, but it was 24C in the room which is a bit warm to sleep.
