Very spacious room, great location. But no water or kettle or coffee maker in the room, kids need need to pay for breakfast. My daughter likes buffet, but she only eats some egg and orange juice as she always and I have to pay 11 euro

Rooms were clean and front desk very friendly and accommodating. My room window opened to an narrow street that was very noisy late at night, so requested a change of room and was accommodated without a question. The hotel is almost hidden between narrow streets, but just a minute walk to main shopping streets.

Very central for shops, bars and restaurant. Easy taxi drive to Alhambra. Breakfast was good and substantial. Front desk staff were really helpful and friendly

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful with tips on where and how to go to the Alhambra and other famous places. There are many good restaurants and shops near the hotel. The Cathedral and the Monasterio de San Geronimo were just a 10-15 min walk.

We were greeted most graciously and let into our room well before stated check in time. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the location was perfect for exploring Central downtown Granada and the hotel provided luggage storage while we explored on our checkout day.
