"After a problem with a room in check in, manager Shania looked after us (thank you). A sign of good management is resolving problems. Location is excellent, bathroom is large and very clean. Breakfast is very good, a thank you to Nakita for great coffee. Bellman are very helpful, friendly, greet you with a welcome and smile. Parking is convenient."

"Everything about the hotel was great. From being greeted when we got there. Bags taken and delivered to our room with no hassle. Reception staff and concierge were lovely. Room was excellent. Best bed I have slept in ever I think and the pillows were just amazing. We booked breakfast and that was also brilliant. Everything you could wish for was there and if it wasn’t you just had to ask and you got it. No complaints at all on my behalf. "
