「It was the best experience I’ve had so far at a hotel. It was so quirky! There was a lady waiting at the door to greet us. The room was amazing and the staff just went the extra mile to help」

「Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite....
