「Excellent place to stay! We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was large, clean, and nicely furnished. The out side grounds were filled with this park areas and the most BEAUTIFUL flowers. Baskets of flowers everywhere! Would DEFINITELY recommend the Lockport Inn Suites!! We'll be back!!!」

「The best part of this hotel was the staff. Bridget was friendly, kind, and would go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. The cleaning staff folded the toilet paper into a rose, the tissues into a bow tie, and the towels into a swan! The second afternoon we were down in the lobby playing cards when they walked in with a crock part full of chicken soup and a platter of cookies! 「It was a nice stay and the hotel was clean. It could use a little tlc in some areas, I'm sure due to age. Two petty complaints (1) the door frame in the bathroom had some rust by the tub where the paint was missing and the door hinges (2) the bed covers were a sheet, a thin blanket and another sheet, maybe invest in some comforters. But again those are just petty complaints, it really was a nice stay.」
