"Good Restaurants in the hotel. Room size was very good"

"The hotel is located far from the lake and in a non pedestrian friendly area, taxis are not plentiful. They don’t serve coffee until 7am, So if you wake up earlier, and ask for coffee, they won’t help. Dinner and breakfast buffet are bad quality, reheated stale food."

"It is a very beautiful hotel. The room is beautiful and spacious. The bed is very clean and comfortable. We used both private and public onsen, it was a great experience. We also had kaiseki dinner which was also an amazing experience. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay."

"From the amenities, views, service, and overall facilities, this property is truly exceptional. The food stands out for both its quality and variety, and the spacious hot tub is a highlight. The only minor drawback is that the room feels a bit tight for four people, as it’s originally designed for two—adding two futons required removing the coffee table to create space. That said, everything else the property offers more than makes up for it, to the point where the room size hardly mattered. Even our room overlooked the stunning Lake Ashi, making the stay all the more special. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience."

"The hotel is modern and clean. My kids love the play area and the food variety they provided. Private onsen is a plus. We would like to stay there again when we are back to Hakone."
