The hostess Vanessa was welcoming & made a lovely breakfast each day with fresh coffee, baked goods & hot food. She went above & beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely come again. 「The facility under renovation and did not mentioned when I booked it. Did not had first floor room available for senior citizens. A/C did not turn on and the room was hotter then out side temperature ( Texas outside temperature was 92 F.) We had to seek cooler temperature in Walmart for 3 hours. Broken tower rack, broken draw handles, light didn't work. Should have told me about it before I booked the room. EXPEDIA should not used unverifiable facts for it FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING.」

「The toilet got clogged the 1st night we got there . There wasn’t any type of hospitalization as we checked in」

「We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The sheets actually had something on them that we had to brush off, not sure what was going on there. The baseboards were filthy, very dusty in the room. The air conditioning was to be desired, unless you had the ceiling fan on full blast it stayed very warm. There were no staff, so I cannot comment because it was contactless. Parking wasn’t an issue, although there were huge holes in the parking lot and driveway where chunks of asphalt were...

「I’m so sorry I didn’t get to stay. I paid for one night non-smoking room one person being a woman. I was giving the last room in a unit of 10 units. It was dark. It was dreary. There was a forest. It was trees fallen over and he was scary. I actually drove home for the next five hours. Got home about 2 o’clock in the morning because I refuse to stay somewhere where I didn’t feel safe.」
