The front desk staff was extremely rude. Someone opened my door at 10:30pm. I was sound asleep. Phone in the room was broken. So I used my cell. Not sure if we received this particular room because we booked through Hotels.com but it was terrible in comparison to a prior stay at this location. Definitely didn’t need a white noise machine to sleep between the noise from the AC/Heat unit, the compressor on the refrigerator and the knocking ...
