Worth the stay.

The room we stayed in was a great clean room. We had no issues and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. They actually had a small buffet! The beds were ok, just not as soft as i like. But i would definitely stay again.

Another day a different room

Had a good stay, had some extra requests of staff to which they cheerfully responded, My only issue with the stay was hallway noise into the room. A lot of young kids there just being kids ( which is fine ) but too much of their enthusiasm was heard in the rooms.

Checking was easy. There was no tv remote in room so husband called desk & one was brought up. Tv kept going out so he called again & someone came up to check on it & maintenance guys phone was blowing up so we found out Internet was out in area. Bathroom floor was dirty & tub had a chip in floor. Husband pulled out ottoman and pile of dirt. On the positive room curtains kept room dark for our sleep ins, bed comfortable & a/c cold.

Not as good as most stays at this location!

We always stay at this location when we come to Cuero and it’s usually great! This time it wasn’t as good. There was something wrong with the bed and the soap/shampoo/conditioner holders were off the shower wall and setting on the back of the tub. The shampoo dispenser was broken. We still slept great and were able to shower. I didn’t report it until check out time. When I tried to tell someone, no one was at the desk so I took a card and called. I would have told them when we got there but didn’t want to be moved from the first floor.
