「This is brand new excellent hotel in central Thamel. My bed was so comfortable. 」

「We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception! 「The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. 」

「Helpful staff at front desk and one of them can speak some Chinese. Although my booking was a standard room, they upgraded my room to a luxury one. However, the condition of the outside lane to Hotel is very bad, it was always muddy during my four days staying there.」

「A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel!」

「KTM City home has perfect location as it is near the heart of Kathmandu. It is newly built so the facilities are still new and very clean. It has good solar power water heater, and if you want to just relax and feel the breeze, you can go to its wonderful rooftop. The owner and staffs are polite and very friendly. 「First time in Nepal. The guys helped with all the trips I wanted to do. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Totally bad experience. After traveling so many places , It was our first time we did not get our reserved family room though we prepaid two nights. Also they did not notify or said anything about the room until we entered and found two single bed(1m). It was obvious that it could not add another extra bed in such a narrow space. After we inquired how three people can sleep with 8 years old son, the front desk called and their manager showed up, many excuses but without apologies for they did...
