The Aarya was beautiful and well staffed. The buffet was diverse and appealed to sweet and savoury. Loved the pool, the hot tub could have been warmer but it was so beautiful it was hard to find fault.

My spouse and I stayed at the Aarya Hotel just over a week. The hotel is beautifully appointed in traditional Nepali style, has all the modern conveniences and is very clean. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning; the fare is delicious, nutritious and varied. Most exceptional about our experience has been the Aarya Hotel staff, who are all courteous, professional, friendly and accommodating; their warm hospitality made our stay memorable and happy. I wholeheartedly recommend the Aarya Hotel. Namaste! And thank you!

Stayed at Aarya from 10/11/2025 - 10/19/2025. A unique visit in the heart of Thamel. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff was more than accommodating and always with a smile. The variety of foods offered for breakfast was an experience in itself. We were able to walk from the hotel to many popular sites and the location was convenient for tour pickups. We visited during Diwali and the Aarya presented a show of native dances and music. Also, if anyone is debating visiting Nepal after the recent protests, I personally felt safer on the streets of Nepal than the United States.

Great hotel

I recently stayed at this new hotel for work, and it was a 7-day trip. The hotel provided airport pickup, which was convenient. It's situated in the heart of the Thamel area, right in the bustling tourist district. The staff were fantastic and super helpful. However, I did have some issues with my rooms - I had to switch rooms twice. Ac issues. The second room it had a small entrance into the bath. In contrast, my first room had a spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast had a huge spread. Views were fantastic. Great hotel.
